30 January 2020 The celebration of Tony’s life will be held in St Mary’s Church, Bottesford on SATURDAY 8th February at 11:30am followed by refreshments for everyone at The Thatch, High Street, Bottesford. It was Tony’s express wish that people should not feel obliged to wear black (he was not a serious person!). He said he would enjoy seeing his friends and colleagues in a myriad of different colours. We hope to see as many of you as possible on the day to say your farewells. Family flowers only, but donations gratefully accepted instead for |

26 January 2020 It is with extreme sadness to report that Tony passed away peacefully this morning with his family by his side. Tony was extremely brave right to the end and always had others interest at heart, obviously his family but also this Association. He also kept his sense of humour right to end, using sign language when he was no longer able to speak. The funeral arrangements will be announced on this page in due course.
